My U.S. Infrastructure and Employment Plan

Bullseye - The chinese understand the value of infrastructure investment and the leveraged impact it has on the economic dynamics of their country. India is also going through a massive investment on a similar scale. We have a choice to make as government - bailout, handout, or investment. Infrastructure has always paid a dividend.
